Laura Rogora is blazing through 2025…

Laura Rogoga has just ended a short trip to Oliana, Spain and leaves with seven routes of F8b+ and above including an F8c on-sight and F9a send.

Late last week Laura Rogoga posted that she’d on-sighted American Hustle F8c, a route which has been on-sighted a number of times previously including by Janja Garnbret.  American Hustle is Rogora’s third F8c on-sight having previously dispatched both Ajo Crudo at Cicera and Spanish Caravanne at La Ramirole in the Verdon Gorge.

‘It's been a few years since I last climbed in Oliana and I'm really enjoying this little escape from training on these 50-meter journeys!’ Rogora wrote on her Instagram page.

Impressive though that is, Rogora also found time to add a further six routes of F8b+ and above to her tick-list before she concluded her short trip. Amongst her ascents were three F8b+ on-sights - Gorilas en la niebla, China crisis and Crimptonite. For accuracy, Rogora points out that she’d climbed the first two bolts worth of China Crisis seven years previously and that Crimptonite shares the same start as for China Crisis.

In addition, Rogora also climbed Gran blau – another F8b+ and Gran chulo a F8c. Not content with that however, Rogora also ticked Papi blau F9a during her short trip.

Earlier, in January of this year – Rogora had a week-long trip to Misja Peč. That also was another amazing short trip during which she climbed eight routes of F8c and above including no less than three F9a’s. Her tick-list from that week follows:
