A celebration of a life: Ken Wilson

Come and celebrate the life and achievements of one of the modern climbing scene's biggest characters, Ken Wilson, at Sheffield Hallam University on Saturday 30 July.

Come celebrate and remember Ken with us. The celebration, organised by the Climbers’ Club and the BMC, will be held in the Pennine Lecture Theatre of Sheffield Hallam University’s City Campus on Saturday 30 July, starting promptly at 5.00pm and finishing about 6.30pm. The Heartspace Atrium, which adjoins the Pennine, will be open and serving beer, wine, tea and coffee. All are welcome.

Sheffield Hallam University City Campus is a short walk away from Sheffield railway station and around half hours drive from Stanage Edge. A great way to celebrate Ken's life by getting in a trad route or two. He would have approved.
